Job Description

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for human resources management as well as advising and supporting managers and employees, thus directly contributing to organizational growth and performance.
More specifically, you will have to:

  • Identify staffing needs and ensure recruitment, both locally and internationally;
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in line with the company’s strategic objectives;
  • Implement effective HR policies and processes aligned with the company’s culture and values;
  • Develop and promote the employer brand to attract and retain talent;
  • Structure and strategically manage compensation and benefits to ensure attractiveness and competitiveness in the market;
  • Ensure sound management of labor relations and develop practices that promote employee engagement and mobilization;
  • Act as a strategic partner by advising management on HR issues and organizational optimization;
  • Establish and maintain pay equity structure and compliance;
  • Develop and implement a talent development plan to meet the company’s short- and medium-term needs;
  • Advise and support managers in complex and sensitive management situations;
  • Plan, draft and coordinate internal communications;
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, standards and immigration obligations.
  • All other related tasks.

Requirements

Profile required
  • Diploma in human resources management;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a human resources management role, preferably in a related field;
  • Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
  • Perfect command of spoken and written French and English;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work in a team, innovate and improve HR processes;
  • Proactivity and autonomy in managing daily tasks;
  • Demonstrates adaptability to unforeseen situations and changes by modifying behavior according to new environmental requirements;
  • Business acumen: understanding internal and external issues and translating them into human resources strategies;
  • Ability to act tactfully and diplomatically in any situation.
