Your role
Your main role will be to lead the company’s business development initiatives, identify new growth opportunities and contribute to customer expansion.
More precisely :
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive business growth;
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships;
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers;
- Analyze market trends and customer behaviors to identify growth opportunities;
- Prepare periodic reports on business performance and propose recommendations to improve results;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure an integrated approach to business development;
- Take charge of the operations of your sector;
- Hire the necessary competent resources;
- Ensure the mobilization of teams at our clients;
- Work in collaboration with the head office and company management.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in a commercial management or business development position;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Autonomous;
- Valid class 5 driver license;
- Respect of deadlines.
